Presenter: Mike Patten is our presenter this month!
Mike worked for 15 years on the manufacturing floor first as an operator and then for a number of years as an industrial mechanic. Since then he has had a long and varied career in human resources initially focused in manufacturing and now happily working as a HR Consultant for BBSI. He is a national member of SHRM and holds senior certified professional certification from SHRM. Mike has a Bachelor of Business Administration, with an emphasis in Human Resources from ISU, and 20+ years of experience helping employees develop to their potential and creating company cultures of accountability.
