The Idaho SHRM chapter along with the HR Association of Greater High Point is hosting a SHRM & HRCI accredited, experiential workshop to learn about unconscious bias for our September meeting!

You will earn 1.5 SHRM & HRCI credits. This workshop was developed to help people understand how their brains work around bias and to provide them with tools to reduce the impact of bias on the choices they make in the workplace.

Workshop Learning Objectives

Decision-making research demonstrates that individuals who are highly aware of their decision-making process can see how unconscious bias influences their thinking. This awareness opens their mind to a broader set of choices and improves their ability to reach their intended outcomes.

In this experiential workshop, Lorne will help you uncover your unconscious biases. You will come to understand the unconscious influences that are limiting the scope of your decision making. You will learn and practice techniques designed to reduce bias and help you make better choices.

To register, please go HERE. The cost for the workshop is $9.99 and will be paid directly to Lorne. To ensure your seat, please register by September 16th.

We would also appreciate it if you could also RSVP on our website so that we can see who from our chapter attended!
