3. Adopt new patterns and behaviors to allow curiosity while giving less advice

About our presenter:

Angie is an Idaho native that has lived in all 3 corners of the state. She loves discovering gems in the workplace all over Idaho.

Fun fact: She lived in Shanghai, China for almost 3 years and she speaks some mandarin!

She has served on the ISU Alumni Association board of directors, the Idaho Association of Surgical Technology board of directors, and is currently serving on United Way and Businesswomen of Pocatello’s and Women United’s boards. She enjoys having a positive impact on her state and creating better lives for Idahoans.

She and her husband Rob Lion believe that work should fuel the human spirit, not drain it. They focus on helping organizations identify mission-specific sustainable solutions.

Together they have been assisting a variety of organizations in areas such as strategic planning, culture change, change management, human performance improvement, decision making, fundraising initiatives, transition of leadership issues, selection and promotion of talent, and various training that are specific to each organization and its own personal pain points. They love helping organizations thrive and fulfill their mission and vision.
